QuickBooks Premier 2021 No Longer Available

In February 2026, Intuit for Nonprofits retired the last QuickBooks desktop offer available on TechSoup: QuickBooks Premier 2021.  They do not currently intend to offer QuickBooks desktop products on TechSoup in the future, and instead are moving to a cloud based model for all of their software.

QuickBooks Online is Available

Organizations looking for alternatives to  and QuickBooks for Mac 2022 products may be interested in QuickBooks Online Plus, 1-Year Subscription, 5 Users ($80 per year) or QuickBooks Online Advanced, 1-Year Subscription, 25 Users ($170 per year), which are currently available on TechSoup as annual subscriptions.  

While QuickBooks Online does not include a Nonprofit Edition like QuickBooks desktop did, QuickBooks Online Support can assist you with updating the terminology and make other adjustments to meet your organization’s needs.
