QuickBooks Online Support
Contact QuickBooks Online Support for account, functionality, and add-on support.
Be sure to let the support agent know that you received a prepaid, donated subscription through TechSoup.
QuickBooks Priority Circle Support
QuickBooks Online Advanced subscriptions include premium support with QuickBooks Priority Circle. This service includes access to a dedicated account team whom you can depend on for immediate QuickBooks expertise, from product setup to troubleshooting. In addition, you have a direct line to 24/7 technical support via phone or chat.
Intuit Support Services
TechSoup is proud to partner with QuickBooks Made Easy for Nonprofits, which was created by a certified CPA with 20+ years in the nonprofit space. QuickBooks Made Easy for Nonprofits supports the nonprofit sector by providing industry-specific QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online education and support services!
Note: QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online software is NOT included in any of the QuickBooks Made Easy for Nonprofits offers. You will need to request that software separately.
Data Migration Support
In collaboration with QuickBooks Made Easy, TechSoup offers our members remote data migration support for QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Data Migration Support is a TechSoup service to migrate your organization's current QuickBooks Desktop or Online data file to a donated QuickBooks Online subscription that was obtained through TechSoup. This offer provides
- Data migration from either QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online to your donated QuickBooks Online subscription
- A 30-minute training session to address any issues with migration
QuickBooks Made Easy will prepare your data for migration, import it into your new QuickBooks Online account, and ensure that all data was migrated correctly. The 30-minute training session will familiarize your team with QuickBooks Online and address any issues with the migration.
Desktop-to-online migrations typically take between 12 and 24 hours, and online-to-online migrations typically take between 24 and 48 hours. Your migration will begin once your organization has connected with our service provider and provided the required preliminary documentation.
QuickBooks Help Desk
QuickBooks Help Desk is a service to help answer questions related to your organization's QuickBooks accounts. It provides up to two hours per month of US-based support for QuickBooks, delivered by phone, email, or Zoom. More support may incur an additional cost.
Our team understands the unique transactions and reporting requirements for nonprofits and can help your organization with technical configuration issues and accounting best practices for QuickBooks.
You can use QuickBooks Help Desk to get answers on the following topics and more:
- Bank reconciliation issues
- Correcting accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reporting issues
- Old items in the Bank Feed List and Bank Transactions List
- Old items in Undeposited Funds
- Help with system design and tracking
- Payroll issues
- Setting up users and permissions
- Data migration
Annual IRS and State Compliance Filing Service
QuickBooks Made easy currently provides an annual service to file required IRS and state documents on behalf of your organization. Filing requirements vary by state, and the timing of your submission depends on your organization's fiscal year-end. State filing fees will be collected as a separate expense. Correction of your files may be available at an additional cost. This service does not support 990-PF or 990-T forms. See the Subscription Details tab for important information on renewal and service prerequisites.

Note: The administrative fee for this service cannot be refunded once you respond to QuickBooks Made Easy's initial outreach or if you do not respond to communications about this service for 90 days. TechSoup may make an exception to adjust the tier of service.
QuickBooks Integration Support for Little Green Light, Neon One, or Bloomerang
Our QuickBooks experts will work with your team to develop and execute a custom integration plan for your accounting system with the add-ons Little Green Light, Neon One, or Bloomerang. We may engage support staff from Little Green Light, Neon One, or Bloomerang during the integration session, if needed. Ongoing support is not included.
This service takes an average of two weeks and provides the following.
- A one-hour call to review your QuickBooks data file and ensure it is structured appropriately to accept data imported from Little Green Light, Neon One, or Bloomerang.
- A remote integration session to demonstrate the process
- A one-hour follow-up call to test data import and answer any questions
Training, Live Seminars, and Webinar Series

Whether you are new to QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online or a longtime user, QuickBooks Made Easy for Nonprofits can use this training to learn how to:
