Once you have received QuickBooks Online Plus, 1-Year Subscription, 5 Users or  QuickBooks Online Advanced, 1-Year Subscription, 25 Users from TechSoup use the instructions below to get started.

New to QuickBooks Online

Use the following instructions if your organization does not already have a QuickBooks Online subscription, would like to start a new subscription, or would like an additional subscription.

1. Go to the account setup page by clicking the activation link within your fulfillment email.
2. Fill in the form to create a new QuickBooks Online account

Existing QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks

Learn how to copy a company from an existing QuickBooks Online Subscription or migrate data from QuickBooks Desktop.

Configure QuickBooks Online for a Nonprofit Organization

Learn how to configure a QuickBooks Online account for a nonprofit organization.  

You will need to complete this action before you are able to access certain features, such as 990 forms.
