NOTE: This article only applies to Microsoft cloud-based licensing and solutions; it does not apply to Microsoft on-premises products or other cloud-based products, such as QuickBooks Online.
Microsoft Cloud Support Contact Options
The type of support required will dictate which support option you will want to utilize to resolve your issue or question.
TechSoup's Microsoft Cloud Experts
Submit a ticket with one of our Microsoft Cloud experts, for the following support requests:
- In-depth questions about Microsoft cloud-based licensing and solutions available on TechSoup.
- Assistance requesting Microsoft cloud cloud-based licensing and solutions through the TechSoup Cloud Manager.
- Managing Microsoft cloud subscription acquired through TechSoup.
- Microsoft cloud subscription payments and renewals.
NOTE: TechSoup can only provide support for cloud-based licensing and solutions that were received through TechSoup. If you received your cloud licenses through the Microsoft for Nonprofits portal or another reseller, please contact that support team for assistance. Microsoft Support
For support related to using your Microsoft cloud-based licensing and solutions, contact Microsoft Support.
You will need to sign into Microsoft. Review Microsoft's “sign-in helper” information if you are unable to sign in.
Include the domain and tenant ID details within the Microsoft Support Ticket. Learn how to find your tenant domain in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Microsoft for Nonprofits
For support related to your Microsoft for Nonprofits account, validation status, and eligibility questions or disputes, you must contact Microsoft for Nonprofits Support: select the "Need help? Lets chat." bubble in the bottom right corner to connect with the Nonprofit Assistant.

- Your Microsoft for Nonprofits account is managed by Microsoft. TechSoup does not have access to provide support for account related issues, such as login issues, eligibility determination, validation status, etc.
- As of August 2025, TechSoup no longer completes validation reviews for Microsoft for Nonprofits. You will be required to register with Microsoft for Nonprofits and TechSoup to access the Microsoft for Nonprofits solutions through the TechSoup catalog.
