Overview
Your TechSoup account, Microsoft 365 Admin Center account, and Microsoft for Nonprofits account are separate entities with different support options.
Microsoft for Nonprofits Support
For support related to your Microsoft for Nonprofits account, validation status, and eligibility questions or disputes, you must contact Microsoft for Nonprofits Support: select the "Need help? Lets chat." bubble in the bottom right corner to connect with the Nonprofit Assistant.

- Your Microsoft for Nonprofits account is managed by Microsoft. TechSoup does not have access to provide support for account related issues, such as login issues, eligibility determination, validation status, etc.
- As of August 2025, TechSoup no longer completes validation reviews for Microsoft for Nonprofits. YOu will be required to register with Microsoft for Nonprofits and TechSoup to access the Microsoft for Nonprofits solutions through the TechSoup catalog.
Microsoft 365 Admin Center Support
For Microsoft 365 Admin Center account support and assistance locating or accessing your products, open a support ticket in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Include the domain and tenant ID details within the Microsoft Support Ticket. Learn how to find your tenant domain in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Microsoft Support
For support related to downloading, installing, and activating your licenses, or using your Microsoft product, contact Microsoft Support.
You will need to sign into Microsoft. Review Microsoft's “sign-in helper” information if you are unable to sign in.
Include the domain and tenant ID details within the Microsoft Support Ticket. Learn how to find your tenant domain in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

TechSoup Customer Service
For assistance requesting Microsoft for Nonprofit on-premises (desktop) products or confirming that your licenses have been fulfilled, contact on TechSoup Customer Service.
NOTE: TechSoup Customer Service are not IT experts and are limited in the support they are able to provide related to download, installation, activation, or functionality of your Microsoft product. Additionally, we do not have access to Microsoft's systems to provide Microsoft 365 Admin Center or Microsoft for Nonprofits account support.

Microsoft has not made Azure for Nonprofits available in the TechSoup catalog. However, we can provide resources that may meet your needs:
