Overview

Organizations can access Microsoft for Nonprofits solutions through either TechSoup or Microsoft for Nonprofits, you are not required to go through the TechSoup Cloud Manager.

TechSoup can only provide support for Microsoft cloud solutions acquired through TechSoup.

How to Confirm Where Your Microsoft Cloud Subscription was Acquired

1. Log in to the Microsoft 365 admin center (https://admin.microsoft.com/) with your .onmicrosoft.com credentials. Please note, you must have admin privileges to move forward.
2. Select Billing
3. Select Your products
4. You will see your subscriptions listed on the Your products page.
5. Click on the subscription display name to view that subscription's information. Please note:
   • Your organization may have given your subscription a “nickname”, so the subscription name being displayed may not match the license type.
   • Refer to the "Partner information" section to confirm if you received your subscription from TechSoup or Microsoft. Under Partner name,
     • if “TechSoup Global” is listed, then your organization received the subscription from TechSoup.
     • if there is no partner listed, only a box to add a Partner Id, you received your subscriptions from Microsoft.

CSP Support

TechSoup can only provide support for Microsoft for Nonprofits cloud solutions and products acquired through TechSoup.

License Acquired Through Microsoft for Nonprofits

Include the domain and tenant ID details within the Microsoft Support Ticket.   Learn how to find your tenant domain in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

For support related to using your Microsoft cloud-based licensing and solutions, contact Microsoft Support.

You will need to sign into Microsoft.  Review Microsoft's “sign-in helper” information if you are unable to sign in.
