Overview
This article provides solutions to error messages that may appear when checking out in the TechSoup Cloud Manager (cloud.techsoup.org).
ERROR: "The domain is already used by another Tenant. In order to proceed authorization is required or another domain needs to be defined."
This error message indicates the organization has not authorized as a Microsoft Partner in their Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Complete this authorization by visiting the Partner Relationships page in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center. You’ll need an account global administrator’s login to see this Partner Relationships page. The person who registered your organization on Microsoft for Nonprofits is, by default, a global administrator.

ERROR: "{Subscription name} cannot be purchased because {organization name} is not qualified for this product”
This error message indicates the organizations Microsoft domain your organization provided has not been validated for Microsoft for Nonprofits, needs to re-validate it's nonprofit eligibility (Microsoft periodically requires organizations to re-validate their nonprofit eligibility), or Microsoft's validation partner determined your organization is not eligible to access Microsoft for Nonprofit offers.

- As of August 2025, TechSoup no longer completes validation reviews for Microsoft for Nonprofits. YOu will be required to register with Microsoft for Nonprofits and TechSoup to access the Microsoft for Nonprofits solutions through the TechSoup catalog.
