I'm not receiving emails from TechSoup, what should I do?

The following email addresses are where most of TechSoup's emails are sent from:

• fulfillment@techsoup.org
  • Fulfillment information for requested products and services is sent from this alias. 
• announcements@e.techsoup.org
  
  • Marketing announcements, billing notifications, and subscription renewal notifications are sent from this alias.
    
• no-reply@techsoup.org
  
  • Notifications and automated message are sent from this alias.  For example, when confirming your email address the confirmation link is sent from this alias.

Do not send communications to these email aliases.  The inboxes are not monitored and you will not receive a response.

To ensure you are receiving communications from TechSoup, please complete the following:

• Add each email alias to your email app's address book.
• Add each email alias to the accepted email list for your email server, your unique domain, or both. Learn how to manage your accepted email list in Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and Yahoo.
