Common Email Aliases
(Do Not Use to Contact TechSoup)
The following email addresses are where some of TechSoup's email communications are sent from. Do not send emails to the following email aliases or add the aliases to the CC or BCC of the email. These alias are not associate with monitored inboxes and you will not receive a response from TechSoup.

- Fulfillment information for requested products and services is sent from this alias.
- Access your Fulfillment Emails in your TechSoup account.

- Marketing announcements, billing notifications, and subscription renewal notifications are sent from this alias.
- Marketing announcements, billing notifications, and subscription renewal notifications are sent from this alias.

- Notifications and automated message are sent from this alias. For example, when confirming your email address the confirmation link is sent from this alias.

- If you organization has requested Microsoft for Nonprofits cloud subscriptions through TechSoup, it will receive cloud subscription invoices from this email alias to the email address listed as your organization’s contact in your TechSoup Cloud Manager account.
- This is NOT a contact to TechSoup Customer Service.
How to Ensure Your Receive TechSoup's Emails
To ensure you are receiving communications from TechSoup (email addresses with domain @techsoup.org), please complete the following:

Confirm which email addresses are listed in your TechSoup account.
- Your login email address may be different then your organization email address listed as the contact for your organization.
- Learn how to locate and update your member information and organization's details on TechSoup.

Add each TechSoup email alias to your email app's address book.
- This will help your email app recognize TechSoup emails are not spam.

Add each TechSoup email alias to the accepted email list for your email server, your unique domain, or both.

Contact your IT manager, systems manager, or whomever is managing your organization's technology and hardware and ask them to check your security systems / protocols are not blocking TechSoup emails.
- Organization's email security may be incorrectly flagging TechSoup emails as spam and sending it to a spam folder or system queue instead of your inbox.
