You can view and edit your organization's information by selecting the name of your organization in your TechSoup account.

Are Your Organization's Details Current?

It is important to keep your TechSoup account up to date, including the organization details.

The following organization details cannot be updated, you will need to contact TechSoup Customer Service, who will confirm the information and update your account accordingly.

• Organization's Name
• Organization Type and Sub-type
• Annual Budget

Organization Email

Instructions for how to obtain your requested offers and licensing information, billing notifications, renewal notifications, etc. are sent to your organization email address.
Your organization email address and the email address you use to login to your TechSoup account may be different.

Representatives of your organization

Also referred to as authorized agents. You can add and remove representatives in your TechSoup account. Please remove people that are no longer authorized to act on your organization's behalf.

Association Code

After an organization is added to TechSoup, an association code is an unique code used by new representatives to verify they are authorized to represent an organization on TechSoup. This is a security measure to ensures only representatives authorized to represent an organization can access that organization on TechSoup. Once an association code is successfully used to add an organization, the representative is referred to as an authorized agent.

To secure your account, you may want to update your association code after removing a representative from your organization on TechSoup.

Shipping Address

Requests are typically fulfilled within three business days from when payment is received. Software and service offers are fulfilled electronically, while hardware offers are physically shipped.

In the rare cases when TechSoup can approve a refund and is unable to return funds to the original payment method, we will send a refund check to the shipping address listed in your organization details.

Please avoid listing a PO Box shipping address.  UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Box addresses.
