Accepted Payment Methods

TechSoup currently accepts the following payment methods when requesting offers from the TechSoup catalog and TechSoup Plus catalog:

• Credit Card
• Debit Card
  • While "Debit card" is not listed at check out, it can be used for payment when you select "Credit card".
• Electronic Check (ACH)
  • Limit of $1,500 per request.
• Physical Check
  • Not available for some subscription products (e.g. QuickBooks Online).  If your organization can only pay by check, please contact TechSoup Customer Service and we can escalate your case to our Finance Team for assistance.

Not Accepted Payment Methods

TechSoup typically does accept the following payment methods  when requesting offers from the TechSoup catalog and TechSoup Plus catalog:

• Direct bank transfers
• Third Part Payment Systems (e.g. Bill.com, PayPal, etc.)

If you can only provide payment using one of the payment methods TechSoup does not typically accept, please contact contact TechSoup Customer Service and we can escalate your case to our Finance Team for assistance.
