Overview

Organizations can view their entire request (aka order) history in their TechSoup account, under Request History. The Request History is also where organizations can find and print invoices for pending or fulfilled requests.  Additionally, for pending requests, organization can add or edit payment, or cancel the request in their Request History.

How to Locate Your Request History

View your Request History and print invoices in your TechSoup account. You can also navigate to your Request History by clicking the icon shaped like a person in the top right corner of your screen and choosing Your Account.

How to Find an Invoice or View Your Entire Request History

Find your invoices and request details by entering a request number in the "Find this request number" search field or a date range in the "Show requests from" fields.

View your entire Request History by updating the date in the "Show requests from" left field and today's date in the right field.

If the Donation Request Details page does meet your organization's invoice standards or needs, contact TechSoup Customer Service and we can request a custom invoice on your behalf.

How to Add or Edit Payment, or Cancel a Pending Request

Once your Request History populates, click the request number from the list in order to see its details. If your request is still pending fulfillment this is where you can add or edit payment, or cancel the request.
