QuickBooks Online Error: "We couldn't find this voucher. Check the voucher number and try again."

On August 3, 2026, TechSoup began receiving reports that some of the unique registration links for the donated QuickBooks Online Plus and QuickBooks Online Advanced offers are receiving the error: "We couldn't find this voucher Check the voucher number and try again."

TechSoup and Intuit are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update in this TechSoup Support article when one becomes available.
