Each location could be eligible to join TechSoup, so they receive their own quantity allotment.
Add each location to your account as though it were an independent organization. You can add an organization by clicking the icon shaped like a person in the top right corner of www.techsoup.org and visiting Your Account
Each location should reference its own information, including shipping address, and if defined from the parent organization, Employer Identification Number (EIN) and local annual operating expenses.
If a list of organizations appears when adding your organization, and you don't see your location listed, select “I Don’t See My Organization” to start a new registration.
For adding 10 or more locations, we can help!
Why add locations separately?
Some providers place quantity limits on their offers. These limits apply to each location, or branch, rather than to your organization as a whole. Learn more about each nonprofit program’s eligibility requirements and restrictions.
Organizations with Operations Outside of the U.S.
The TechSoup U.S. website, www.techsoup.org, serves organizations within the United States.
Organizations with branches or offices outside of the U.S. may not transfer products or services to a non-U.S. branch or office for full-time use. Branches or offices outside of the U.S. must request offers from the TechSoup Global Network partner in that country.
Providers might not make their offers available in every country. We hope to have all offers available in every country someday and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
