We have received some reports on 10/15/2026 that some members are seeing Error 404 "Oops! That Page Doesn't Exist" when trying to access their cart on TechSoup ( https://www.techsoup.org/cart ).
TechSoup confirmed the issue was resolved on 10/15/2026 and our website should be loading correctly.
If you are experiencing this issue please complete all of the troubleshooting in TechSoup Support article, TechSoup Website Issues: Unable to Load or Receiving Error Messages, and then try accessing the TechSoup cart ( https://www.techsoup.org/cart ) again.
