We have received some reports that some members are seeing Error 404 "Oops! That Page Doesn't Exist" when trying to access their cart on TechSoup ( https://www.techsoup.org/cart ).
TechSoup is currently investigating to determine if their is a system issue affecting our website. We will post updates in this TechSoup Support article as they become available.
In the meantime, if you are experiencing this issue please complete all of the troubleshooting in TechSoup Support article, TechSoup Website Issues: Unable to Load or Receiving Error Messages, and then try accessing the TechSoup cart ( https://www.techsoup.org/cart ) again tomorrow (10/16/2026).
