Electronic Delivery
Email notifications will be sent to the organization email address listed in your TechSoup account: select the organization’s name to view its details. The organization email address on file may be different from the email address used to log into TechSoup.

License-Only Requests
License emails will be sent by Cisco, generally delivered within two business days of TechSoup fulfilling your request. The subject header will include the words “Software licenses delivered for Order”.
Look up the request number within your Request History in your TechSoup account to confirm when your request was fulfilled. It will have a “Shipped” status.
Hardware and License Requests
Cisco may not send a license until they ship the corresponding hardware on the request. Learn more about the Cisco and Meraki delivery process and timing.
Undelivered License Support
If the license key email has not been delivered to the organization email address listed in your TechSoup account within the expected delivery time frame, contact the Cisco Programs team. Please allow up to five business days for a response to your email.
