Cisco Enterprise Support

Cisco provides dedicated support to assist nonprofits with setup, deployment, and troubleshooting.
To access Enterprise Support:
- Create a support ticket through your Meraki Dashboard by navigating to Help and Get help, or
- Call Cisco Meraki support directly
Important: Hardware must be currently licensed to receive support.
Returns Policy
Cisco has an “All Sales Are Final” policy and does not generally allow returns for refunds.
If you believe you have an exceptional reason for a return, contact the TechSoup Cisco Programs team.
Please allow up to five business days for a response to your email.

Warranty Support
Cisco generally provides a 1-year, 3-year, 5-year, or lifetime warranty on Cisco Meraki hardware. Hardware must be currently licensed to receive support.
