Get Started on TechSoup

Get started on Cisco Technology for Nonprofits to understand the Cisco Donations and Discounts programs—how they work, who qualifies, and how to request Cisco technology through TechSoup.

If you believe your organization should be eligible but cannot access or request Cisco offers, use the support steps below.

TechSoup Account Support

Unable to request Cisco Technology for Nonprofits due to your organization type or budget and believe this is incorrect?  Or need help updating your organization details before placing a request?  Contact TechSoup Customer Service and request an account update. Your update may be subject to an eligibility review before it is completed.

Cisco Donations Eligibility Support

After placing a request for products through the Cisco Donations program, it will be placed on hold while our Cisco Programs team confirms your eligibility. This secondary eligibility review may take up to 5 business days, we will contact you if we need additional information.  Learn how to ensure you receive emails from TechSoup.

If you received an ineligible determination that you believe is incorrect, reply to the determination email from our Cisco Programs team providing all relevant information.

Fulfillment & Delivery Notifications

TechSoup fulfillment emails and Cisco notifications (including license keys) will be sent to the organization email address listed in your TechSoup account: select the organization’s name to view its details.   

• The organization email address on file may be different from the email address used to log into TechSoup.  
• You can also access your Fulfillment Emails from TechSoup in your TechSoup account.  Learn how to confirm and edit your organization's details on TechSoup and ensure you receive emails from TechSoup.
