Email Notifications
TechSoup and Cisco’s email notifications will be sent to the organization email address listed in your TechSoup account: select the organization’s name to view its details. The organization email address on file may be different from the email address used to log into TechSoup.

Delivery Timing
Cisco hardware is subject to Cisco’s current ship lead times, but typically delivered within three weeks of TechSoup fulfilling the request.
Cisco licenses are typically delivered within two business days of TechSoup fulfilling the request.
If a request includes both hardware and a corresponding license, the license may not be delivered until the hardware ships.
Note that a “Shipped” status on the request in your TechSoup account indicates that TechSoup has fulfilled it- not that Cisco has shipped it.
Delivery Tracking
Once Cisco ships your hardware, it will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, and a separate email with the Dashboard License Claim Key. The email subject headers will include the words “Your Shipment is on its Way” and “Software licenses delivered for Order” respectively.
For Cisco Donation program requests, TechSoup will also send an email once Cisco provides an estimated ship date, if and when the estimated ship date changes, and when the hardware ships.
Shipping and Delivery Support
Contact our Cisco Programs team if your organization needs a specific delivery expectation confirmed before placing a request, products have not been delivered within the expected time frame, or any other shipping and delivery related support. Please allow up to five business days for a response:
