Overview
To ensure every organization who joins TechSoup meets our and our corporate partners' eligibility requirements, every organization will go through a Qualification Review.
After joining TechSoup your organization will receive an email from TechSoup either confirming your qualified status or requesting qualification documents to verify certain organization details. On average, new qualifications are completed in two days.

TechSoup Communications
You will receive two emails from TechSoup: one confirming you have joined TechSoup and another when your organization is qualified.
TechSoup may also send you an email requesting documents in order to validate your organization's information or you as the representative (aka authorized agent) for your organization. Reply to our outreach or send an email to qualficiations@techsoup[.org] with your qualification document attached.
Please check your inbox and spam for emails from TechSoup and take steps to ensure you are receiving TechSoup's email communications.
Joining Partner Platforms
Some of our corporate partners directly manage their nonprofit programs with TechSoup acting as their validation partner. Each corporate partner sets their own review process. Check the corporate partner's nonprofit landing page or FAQ for more information.
You may be asked to provide a validation token to confirm your eligibility. Create validation tokens in your TechSoup account: select Validation Tokens to get started.

Qualification Support
Organization are welcome to send qualification documents to qualifications@techsoup[.org]. This email alias is not a contact for TechSoup Customer Service, it is where documents related to a qualification review can be sent.
Contact TechSoup Customer Service for support joining TechSoup or to request an update on the status of your qualification review. Check your qualification status before contacting TechSoup.
