My eAgreement has the wrong contact information, can I fix it?

Need to update the contact information listed for your eAgreement? TechSoup can submit a CICR form to update your contact information.

Contact TechSoup Customer Service and provide the following information.

• Contact Phone Number:
• Contact Last Name:
• Contact First Name:
• Contact Email Address:

Please note, the contact first and last name cannot be generic (e.g. IT Department, organization’s name) and the email address cannot include any form of “exec”.

The Contact Email Address is your automatically your organization email address listed for your organization on TechSoup. To update your organization email address on TechSoup for future requests, click your organization’s name in your TechSoup account to view its details.  The email address used to login to TechSoup may be different then the organization email.
