What is an eAgreement?
An eAgreement is tied to discounted Microsoft licenses that include Software Assurance benefits from the Open Value (OV) Program. The eAgreement is used to locate licenses in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center and renew Software Assurance benefits.

Locating Your eAgreement
After requesting a discounted Microsoft licenses that include Software Assurance benefits on TechSoup, organizations are required to sign the affiliated eAgreement before the license can be fulfilled by TechSoup and populated in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center account.
Microsoft will send an eAgreement signature request from eagrmnts@microsoft[.com] to your organization email address, within three days after you request a discounted Microsoft product with Software Assurance through TechSoup. To confirm your organization’s email address on TechSoup: click your organization’s name in your TechSoup account to view its details. The email address used to login to TechSoup may be different then the organization email.
After the eAgreement is Signed
After you have signed the eAgreement successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from msvlop@microsoft[.com]. Within three business days from then, TechSoup will send you an email notification that your request has been processed. You’ll also be able to find a copy of that email within your TechSoup account.
My eAgreement Has Expired.
eAgreement signature requests expire 15 days from when you receive the email containing your eAgreement. If you see a message, Contact TechSoup Customer Service to have a new eAgreement sent within three business days.
