Overview

Organizations can access Microsoft for Nonprofits cloud solutions and products through both TechSoup and Microsoft for Nonprofits; you are not required to go through the TechSoup Cloud Manager (cloud.techsoup.org).

The instructions within this article will walk you through how to manage cloud Microsoft for Nonprofits products and solutions that were acquired through the TechSoup.   Learn how to confirm where your organization acquired it's Microsoft cloud solutions and products.

NOTE: TechSoup can only provide support for Microsoft for Nonprofits cloud solutions and products acquired through TechSoup. You will need to contact Microsoft for issues related to cloud solutions and products acquired directly through Microsoft for Nonprofits..

How to View and Manage Microsoft Cloud Subscriptions

In the TechSoup Cloud Manager (cloud.techsoup.org), you can view and manage your organization’s donated and discounted Microsoft cloud solutions and products that were acquired through TechSoup.  You can view your entire Microsoft cloud solutions history with TechSoup including active, canceled, suspended, and trial subscriptions.

If you do not see any subscriptions in the TechSoup Cloud Manager, you may have acquired the donated or discounted Microsoft cloud solutions and products directly through Microsoft for nonprofits.  Learn how to confirm where your organization acquired it's Microsoft cloud solutions and products.

1. Log into TechSoup (www.techsoup.org).
2. Navigate to the TechSoup Cloud Manager (cloud.techsoup.org).  
   • If logged into TechSoup, you access the the "CLOUD MANAGER" widget under the black banner on most www.techsoup.org pages.
     
     
      
3. Choose Subscriptions icon from the menu on the left.
   
   
    
4. On the Subscriptions page, select the drop down menu and select different filters to view the subscriptions connected to your TechSoup Cloud Manager account.
   
   
    
5. Any available actions will be visible in the Actions column, listed first on the left.
   
   
    

6. All of the other subscription will be listed in the columns to the right of the Actions column.

Microsoft's Utilization Requirements for Donated Solutions and Products

Microsoft requires organizations to actively use at least 85 percent of assigned donated licenses. It's important that organizations stay in compliance with Microsoft's utilization requirements for donated licenses. Use our guide to help understand your current usage.
