Overview
Welcome to TechSoup! We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping nonprofits access the tech products and solutions they need to achieve their mission. There are several ways to access nonprofit offers through TechSoup, which this TechSoup Support article will cover. To request offers from TechSoup and our corporate partners’ nonprofit programs sign up at www.techsoup.org and then add your organization to your TechSoup account.

Where to Access a Nonprofit Offer
Nonprofits will either create a validation token or check out with a nonprofit offer from one of the TechSoup catalogs: TechSoup catalog or TechSoup Plus catalog. Learn more about the TechSoup membership options and how to confirm your TechSoup membership level.
Representing multiple organizations on TechSoup? In your TechSoup account, please make sure to select the organization you wish to place the request for before creating the validation token or adding an offer to your cart.
Validation Tokens
TechSoup Validation Tokens are unique codes that enable organizations that have been validated by TechSoup to obtain nonprofit offerings from some of our corporate partners. Validation tokens are not needed to request products from the TechSoup catalog or TechSoup Plus catalog.

NOTE: TechSoup Core and TechSoup Plus members representing a qualified organization are eligible to request nonprofit offers from this catalog.
TechSoup brings all kinds of special offers to eligible nonprofits and libraries in the TechSoup catalog. Use the drop down menus in the top right corner of the TechSoup catalog to see what is available.

- Category — Looking for a certain type of product or service? Browse our categories to see what offers may meet your organization’s needs.
- Hardware — Find new and refurbished computers, electronics, networking equipment, accessories, and more.

Learn About Nonprofit Offers
When you have located a nonprofit offer your organization is in interested in, check out the offer's details to learn more about it. Offer details provide a comprehensive overview with helpful information listed in three tabs that can be found under Add to Cart (or Log In, if you are not logged in yet) — e.g., DESCRIPTION, SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS, and RULES, ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS.
NOTE: We recommend thoroughly reviewing an offer’s description, service details, and eligibility rules since many offers do not include refund or exchange options.
TechSoup Administrative (Admin) Fees
TechSoup admin fees are listed in the offer's details on www.techsoup.org. When requesting an offer, you will pay that admin fee times the quantity that you are requesting. View your cart to confirm the total amount that will be charged at check out.

"Access to Discounted Rates" Offers
When a product name includes "Access to Discounted Rates," the offer consists of specially discounted rates for products or services. This means that after you place your request and pay any administrative fees to TechSoup, you'll also pay the donor partner directly for the product or service. You can find the specific discounted rates in each product description. These rates are available only to eligible nonprofits and libraries through TechSoup.
