When a product name includes "Access to Discounted Rates," the offer consists of specially discounted rates for products or services. This means that after you place your request and pay any administrative fees to TechSoup, you'll also pay the donor partner directly for the product or service. You can find the specific discounted rates in each product description. These rates are available only to eligible nonprofits and libraries through TechSoup.
The TechSoup admin fee is NOT the discounted rate. The admin fee covers the eligibility check completed by TechSoup, and then the discounted rate is paid directly to the corporate Partner.
For example, if an organization was interested in acquiring the Adobe Creative Cloud for Individuals Pro Plan 1-Year Membership – Access to Discounted Rates offer, they would first pay TechSoup the $5 admin fee (per user), and then they would pay Adobe the discounted rate (minimum 49 percent discount) for each Creative Cloud for individuals pro plan membership.
