Do I have a Microsoft account?
Your TechSoup account and Microsoft for Nonprofits account are separate and do not reflect the validation or qualification status of each other. Your TechSoup account may be qualified while your Microsoft for Nonprofits account’s validation is pending, and vice versa.
Email Notifications
When you Microsoft for Nonprofits account is validated, Microsoft will send you a confirmation email and share your information with TechSoup to begin the validation process. This process may take up to 10 business days. During this time, TechSoup may reach out to you for additional information via the email address microsoftnonprofit@techsoup[.org]. Microsoft will email you once the validation process is complete.
You can check your inbox and spam folders for emails from microsoftnonprofit@techsoup[.org] to see if your organization was previously registered.
