To request nonprofit Microsoft for Nonprofit offers through TechSoup, your organization will need both a validated account with Microsoft for Nonprofits, which will include the creation of an onmicrosoft[.com] domain, and a qualified account with TechSoup.

Qualification Status
You can check your organization's qualification status in your TechSoup account: click you organization's name to view it's details.
Microsoft for Nonprofits Registration
The individual registering your organization with Microsoft for Nonprofits will, by default, be a Global Administrator. A Global Administrator’s login will be needed to successfully request and manage licenses.
Register your organization on nonprofit.microsoft.com.

Commercial onmicrosoft[.com] domains can be validated for nonprofit offers without needing to create a new account with Microsoft for Nonprofits.
- Go to Microsoft for Nonprofits.
- Click Sign in in the top right corner and sign in using your existing commercial account.
- Provide the requested information.
Validation Status
To track your validation status, sign in to Microsoft for Nonprofits.
Please note, your TechSoup account, Microsoft 365 admin center account, and Microsoft for Nonprofits account are separate entities; you will need all three accounts to request Microsoft offers from the TechSoup catalog. Your TechSoup account may be qualified while your Microsoft for Nonprofits account’s validation is pending, and vice versa.
