TechSoup offers both on-premises and cloud Microsoft for Nonprofits products to eligible organizations. If your organization would prefer to stay with traditional on-premises products, these are available in our Microsoft for Nonprofits catalog.
Check out our Microsoft recommendation tool to see what products may meet your organization’s needs and learn how to request on-premises products.
You can also explore alternatives outside of TechSoup, such as OpenOffice. For Apple devices, Apple's free iWork apps are an option.
Microsoft Education offers a limited number of desktop products to education organizations. While some organizations' activities and programs make them eligible for both Microsoft in Nonprofits and Microsoft Education, such as libraries and museums, Microsoft does not allow organizations to be classified for both programs. Your organization’s Microsoft account domain is allowed to have either an Education or a Nonprofit tag. Contact Microsoft Education for more information.
