TechSoup has been receiving reports of members seeing “Sorry. There was an error looking up your product details. View all of your products” in their Microsoft 365 Admin Center when trying to access their on-premises and cloud products. TechSoup confirmed this is an error within Microsoft’s system and have escalated the issue to our contacts at Microsoft.
In your Microsoft 365 Admin Center, select "Help & support" to Open a support ticket and request support fixing this Microsoft system error. Make sure to include the domain and tenant ID associated with the account being affected.
If Microsoft Support directs you to locate your download file and key within your TechSoup account, these instructions are not accurate. Request to speak to a Microsoft Support Supervisor to escalate your support case to a team familiar with the issue.
If the Microsoft Support Supervisor directs you back to TechSoup or you are unable to escalate your support request further with Microsoft, contact TechSoup Customer Service and have the following information prepare to share:
- All Microsoft Support Ticket Numbers related to this issue.
- Domain and Tenant ID listed in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center and a screenshot of the page. Learn how to find your tenant domain in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- The email address used to log into Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Use the Microsoft Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) to provide a recording of the steps you are taking in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center to access your products.
- Screenshots or a screen recording of the billing account selected in your Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
