Step-By-Step Checklist for Existing TechSoup Microsoft Cloud Subscribers

1. Be Prepared for Nonprofit Eligibility Re-Verification

3. Review Administrator Role Assignments and Ensure Backup Administrator Access
Why check it?

What to do
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center: https://admin.microsoft.com/
- Go to Roles > Role assignments.
- Review the users who currently have administrator roles assigned.
- Confirm that the appropriate current staff have the administrator roles they need.
- Review administrator access for people whose roles or employment have changed.
- Ensure that appropriate backup administrator access is in place if the primary administrator is unavailable or leaves the organization.
