Overview

Representatives of your organization are referred to as "authorized agents" on TechSoup.

You are Not a Representative for Your Organization

1. Join TechSoup U.S. as a member.
2. Add Your Organization to your TechSoup account.  
3. Provide your EIN Tax ID.
4. If your organization has already joined TechSoup you will redirected to the Existing TechSoup Accounts page.  Select your organization to move forward.
5. On the Connect with Your Organization page, the current representative(s)' first and last name will be listed.  The representative's role is also listed (e.g. Administrator); the role assigned to the representative will not affect anything on TechSoup or in our corporate partners' nonprofit portals.

You are a Representative for Your Organization

Visit your TechSoup U.S. account and select the name of the organization to view the "organization details".

In your organization's details, you will be able to see a list of current representatives, under Authorized Agents.  Within this section, you can remove current representative(s) and invite additional individuals to represent your organization on TechSoup.
