IT Help Desk, Basic Installation Support for 1 Device
IT Help Desk is a TechSoup service that provides remote support to help nonprofit organizations with technical issues and day-to-day needs.
This offer provides basic installation support for implementing one supported software product on one device. If you need to implement more than one product or need support for implementing a product on multiple devices, you should request multiple quantities of this product. Note that it might take up to two business days after your request is approved for a technician to contact you.

IT Help Desk, Single-Issue Tech Support Fix
IT Help Desk is a TechSoup service that provides remote support to help nonprofit organizations with technical issues and day-to-day needs.
This offer provides technical support for a single technical issue by an IT Help Desk technician who can provide technical support for workstations and mobile devices, including data backup, virus prevention and security, and repair. Technicians are able to troubleshoot issues affecting PCs, Macs, and other devices at your organization. If your issue is too complex for an IT Help Desk technician to resolve, you can purchase additional time from an IT Help Desk engineer if they have the capability to troubleshoot your issue.

New Device Setup
New Device Setup is a service that provides remote support to initialize and personalize a PC with Windows 11. You can use New Device Setup to get professional IT configuration without in-house technical staff.
NOTE: Devices running operating systems designated End of Life by Microsoft (Windows 10 and earlier) are not eligible. A PC is not included, but you can purchase one through TechSoup.
New Device Setup includes:
- Windows OS initialization, including user account creation, driver analysis and updates, and connection to your organizational domain or workgroup
- Software installation with the Nanoheal device monitoring and support software, including installation of Microsoft Office (license required)
- Basic personalization of device settings, including drive mapping and setup of display and audio devices. Application-level customization and setup of other peripherals, like printers and network-attached storage (NAS) drives, is not included.
- Initial configuration of Windows Defender or other endpoint protection software (license required)
- Setup and configuration of a cloud backup platform, such as OneDrive or Dropbox (license required)
