Overview
NOTE: This article applies to the hardware available in the HP Inc. for Nonprofits program. Review the HP.com Nonprofit Store and Refurbished Hardware articles in TechSoup Support for information about those separate programs.
New HP hardware requested through TechSoup is fulfilled and shipped directly by HP Inc.
TechSoup does not warehouse or ship new HP hardware. After approval, HP prepares the order for shipment and releases it to the carrier.
TechSoup Fulfillment
After requesting a hardware offer from the HP Inc. for Nonprofits program, TechSoup will fulfill your request within three business days and send the organization a fulfillment email with information about your shipping and delivery. Access your Fulfillment Emails in your TechSoup account.
The contact information and shipping address TechSoup provides to HP Inc. is based on the information listed in the organization details in the TechSoup account: select the organization’s name to view and update its details.
If your shipping address is incorrect:
- Before Hardware Shipment: Contact TechSoup Customer Service
- After Hardware Shipment: techsoup@hp[.com]
HP Hardware Delivery
HP Hardware orders are typically delivered within 10 business days of the TechSoup fulfillment.
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Product Availability.
- Carrier Conditions.
- Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
Check your Request History in your TechSoup account to confirm when TechSoup fulfilled your HP Hardware request. Update the date range on the Request History page to view the entire history or search the Request Number associated with the HP Hardware request.
NOTE: During periods of high demand delays between TechSoup fulfillment and shipment may occur.
Tracking HP Hardware Orders
Once HP releases your order to the carrier, HP will send a shipment tracking number by email.
- Tracking information will not be available immediately after approval.
- Tracking emails will come from HP Inc., not TechSoup.
- Check spam or junk folders for shipping notifications.
