HP Hardware Support
Your HP limited warranty begins at the time of fulfillment.
If you receive the wrong product, or if your product arrives damaged or defective, contact HP Inc. at techsoup@hp[.com].
For warranty status, repairs, or technical support, contact HP Inc. directly using the appropriate support channel:

- LaserJet / DesignJet Support: 800-334-5144
- Elite Service (CarePack only): 866-625-1175
NOTE: If HP Inc. is unable to repair a product and it is no longer available, it may be replaced with a unit of equal or greater value within the warranty period.
