Overview

NOTE: This article applies to the HP.com Nonprofit Store. Review the HP Hardware and Refurbished Hardware articles in TechSoup Support for information about these separate programs.

The HP.com Nonprofit Store, previously known as HP.com for Nonprofits, is a collection of discounts for desktops, laptops, printers and supplies, installation services, and extended service plans. 

After you request the HP.com Nonprofit Store – Access to Discounted Rates offer through TechSoup, you'll pay HP Inc. directly for any discounted products you purchase. You can purchase as many discounted products through HP.com as you need. This offer does not grant you access to discounted products from Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Requesting Access and Registration

1. Request the HP.com Nonprofit Store – Access to Discounted Rates offer on TechSoup.
   • Review HP Inc. for Nonprofits’s program eligibility and restrictions and check your organization’s eligibility.
      
2. Use the special link provided in your TechSoup fulfillment email to access HP's private store for TechSoup members.
   • Access your Fulfillment Emails in your TechSoup account.
      
3. When the page opens, click Complete Registration and follow the prompts to set up your access.
   • Use the same organization email address associated with your TechSoup account.  In your TechSoup account, select the organization’s name to view and update its details.
   • Confirm the contact information TechSoup provided to HP Inc. in your fulfillment email.  The “Contact email”, which is the same as the organization email, will need to be used to register.
      
4. Once you're logged in, your HP account will display Store Membership: TechSoup. This indicates that your account has access to discounts through the HP.com Nonprofit Store.
    
5. Within three business days, you will receive a follow-up email from HP Inc. with more details about your account and benefits.
    

Maintaining Access

Once a request is fulfilled an organization will not need to request the offer again to access the HP.com Nonprofit Store in the future.

Signing In

1. Use the special link provided in your TechSoup fulfillment email to access HP's private store for TechSoup members.
   • Access your Fulfillment Emails in your TechSoup account.
2. Select Sign in.
3. Use the same organization email address associated with your TechSoup account to login. 
   • In your TechSoup account, select the organization’s name to view and update its details.
   • Confirm the contact information TechSoup provided to HP Inc. in your fulfillment email.  The “Contact email”, which is the same as the organization email, will need to be used to register.
4. After signing in, your HP account page will display: Store Membership: TechSoup.

Unable to Access the HP.com Nonprofit Store

1. Check your Request History in your TechSoup account to confirm your organization requested Lenovo for Nonprofits offer in the past.
   • Update the date range on the Request History page to view the entire history.
   • Haven’t requested access yet?  Check out with the HP.com Nonprofit Store – Access to Discounted Rates offer on TechSoup.
      
2. Locate the Fulfillment Email in your TechSoup account and follow the access instructions.
   • Note the contact information TechSoup provided to HP Inc..  The “Contact email”, which is the same as the organization email on file with TechSoup, will need to be used to register.
      
3. Contact HP Inc. at techsoup@hp[.com] if you are unable to sign in or register, or experiencing other account issues.
    
4. Contact TechSoup Customer Service if HP Inc. is unable to assist you.
