The TechSoup catalog and the HP.com Nonprofit Store have different shipping and delivery timelines, support resources.

Requests for the HP.com Nonprofit Store – Access to Discounted Rates offer will be fulfilled by TechSoup within three business days of receiving payment.  Check your organization’s eligibility for the offer.

HP.com Nonprofit Store

Once HP releases your order to the carrier, HP Inc. will send a shipment tracking number by email.

• Tracking information will not be available immediately after approval.
• Tracking emails will come from HP Inc., not TechSoup.
• Check spam or junk folders for shipping notifications.
