What is an authorized agent?

An authorized agent is a representative who has joined TechSoup and added their organization to their account.  These representatives are authorized to act on your organization's behalf on TechSoup.  This includes making account updates, requesting nonprofit offers, access to fulfillment information, adding and removing other authorized agents, and more.
