Overview

As of September 2025, Adobe discontinued offering Adobe Express through TechSoup. Organizations will now be required to sign up directly with Adobe to access the nonprofit offer.

Eligibility

Your qualified status with TechSoup will not apply to your validation for the Adobe Express nonprofit offer; Adobe will require organizations complete a separate validation.  All eligibility questions related to the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC nonprofit offer should be directed to Adobe or their validation partner.

Support

For assistance getting started on Adobe's website, questions about your eligibility, and ordering Adobe Express,  nonprofits must contact Adobe Support.  TechSoup is unable to provide support for accessing this nonprofit offer.

To access the Adobe Virtual Assistant click the message icon in the bottom right corner. You will be required to log in with your Adobe ID. For a different method of contacting Adobe Support, select View other contact options at the top of the Virtual Assistant window.

Adobe Creative Cloud for Individuals Pro Plan

Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of creative design desktop applications, mobile apps, and services for designing, developing, and publishing graphical, video, audio, and interactive content for print, the web, and mobile devices.  Acrobat DC is one of the apps included in the Creative Cloud plan. 

The Adobe Creative Cloud for Individuals Pro Plan 1-Year Membership - Access to Discounted Rates offer provides access to a minimum 49 percent discount for a Creative Cloud for individuals Pro plan membership for one user. 

The new offer for each year provides access to a minimum discount of 49% off the current rates for a new Creative Cloud Pro plan membership. The exact discount depends on Adobe's current rates and this membership comes with a one-year contract obligation.
