On April 16, 2025, Adobe discontinued offering Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 for Windows and for Mac through TechSoup.  Learn more about the Adobe Acrobat Pro (Desktop) changes.

  • Adobe discontinued support for Acrobat Pro 2020 licenses on November 30, 2025.
     
  • Acrobat licenses acquired after Sept 27, 2024, will have no expiration date.  In your TechSoup account, confirm when you requested your Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses and when your expiration date is.
    • Request History:  Update the date range to review previous requests.  Click on the request number to review the details, such as when the request was fulfilled.
    • Fulfillment Emails: If there is an expiration date it will be listed in the fulfillment email you received from TechSoup, under the serial number.

Adobe Creative Cloud for Individuals Pro Plan

Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of creative design desktop applications, mobile apps, and services for designing, developing, and publishing graphical, video, audio, and interactive content for print, the web, and mobile devices.  Acrobat DC is one of the apps included in the Creative Cloud plan. 

The Adobe Creative Cloud for Individuals Pro Plan 1-Year Membership - Access to Discounted Rates offer provides access to a minimum 49 percent discount for a Creative Cloud for individuals Pro plan membership for one user. 

The new offer for each year provides access to a minimum discount of 49% off the current rates for a new Creative Cloud Pro plan membership. The exact discount depends on Adobe's current rates and this membership comes with a one-year contract obligation.

Adobe Document Cloud (DC) or Adobe Express

Get started with Adobe for Nonprofits, where you can access nonprofit discounts directly from Adobe.  You will need to be validated by Adobe's validation partner, Goodstack, to access this nonprofit program.
