Starting on November 21, 2024, organizations will now sign up directly with Adobe to access the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC nonprofit offer.

Review what Adobe for Nonprofit offers are still available on TechSoup. 

Please note, while the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 1-Year Individual Membership - External is listed in the TechSoup catalog, clicking on the offer will redirect you to Adobe's website to request the offer directly from Adobe.

Eligibility

Your qualified status with TechSoup will not apply to your validation for the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC nonprofit offer; Adobe will require organizations complete a separate validation.  All eligibility questions related to the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC nonprofit offer should be directed to Adobe or their validation partner.

To access the Adobe Virtual Assistant click the message icon in the bottom right corner. You will be required to log in with your Adobe ID. For a different method of contacting Adobe Support, select View other contact options at the top of the Virtual Assistant window.
