Requesting Refunds for Discounted/Donated (On-Premise) Microsoft products
- Microsoft allows refunds within 30 days of fulfillment, as long as the licenses haven't been activated.
- Please check the fulfillment date in your Request History.
- If eligible for a refund, the entire order must be canceled. For example, if you requested 10 Office Standard (Discounted) – No Software Assurance, you need to return all 10 licenses as the system only allows us to cancel all or none.
