Please carefully check the refund policy indicated on the product pages. While our donor partners usually have a strict no-refunds and no-exchange policy, you may contact customer service to have TechSoup review your refund/return request.
Important:
- Some refund/return requests usually take longer than usual (5 to 15 business days) since we would need to coordinate with the offer providers first.
- To avoid delays, we recommend contacting the offer provider's customer service team first so that they can help with troubleshooting installation and discount code issues. Please provide screenshots of your conversations with them and ticket numbers (when applicable) when contacting TechSoup for refund/return requests.
