How do I pay for my order/request?

Important:

• Payment methods vary depending on the country where our payment providers offer their services.
• For faster payment processing and order fulfillment, we recommend making credit card payments whenever possible.

The last step in the checkout process is paying for the offers that you have added to your cart:

1. Click the “Checkout” button
2. After reading and accepting the provider's terms and agreements, you will be directed to the page showing “Delivery and Payment Options” where you can edit your cart and select your payment provider/method.
3. Select your preferred payment option and click on “Continue to Payment”.
4. You will be redirected to the payment gateway page where you can enter your payment details and follow the prompts to complete your payment.  For bank transfers, please email your proof of payment to the customer service team so that we can process your orders more quickly.
5. Once orders are fully paid, you may expect to receive a fulfillment email from TechSoup. This email will include instructions on where and how to download the licenses you requested.

Here is when we estimate that you will receive your fulfillment email based on your payment method:

• Credit Card payments: 3-5 working days
• Bank Transfer: 5 to 15 working days

If you need assistance with concerns/questions regarding payments, contact customer service after you have confirmed with your bank or credit card provider that the payment has been successfully sent to TechSoup.
