If you would like to check the status of your order requests, please follow these steps:
- Log into your TechSoup account and click on the person icon on the top right corner of the page (near the search and shopping cart icons).
- Click on the “Your Account” button.
- Click on the "Request History" tab
- Find the corresponding request number and order status on the page.
Order/s in "Pending" status indicate either of the following:
- Payment has not yet been received.
- Payment is still being processed - Before contacting TechSoup, please check with your banking institution as their policies may require additional processing time.
- The order is still being fulfilled.
"Completed" Order Status: Requests are typically fulfilled within 3 business days from when payment is received. Your order status will then be changed to "Completed" and you should have already received the order/fulfillment instructions in your organization’s email address’s inbox. Please check your spam folder in case it is not in your inbox.
You can also access your Fulfillment Emails in your account by following these instructions:
- Log into your TechSoup account
- Click on the person icon on the top right corner of the page (near the search and shopping cart icons).
- Click on the “Your Account” button.
- Click on the "Fulfillment Emails" tab
- Click on the link with the corresponding request number and product.
Please contact customer service for assistance:
- If you have not yet received your fulfillment email or cannot see it on your account and the order status is "Completed",
- After confirming with your bank or credit card provider that the payment has been successfully sent to TechSoup.
