If you would like to cancel your requests, please follow these steps:
- Log into your TechSoup account
- Click on the person icon on the top right corner of the page (near the search and shopping cart icons).
- Click on the “Your Account” button.
- Click on the "Request History" tab
- Find the corresponding request number and product and click on "Cancel".
If you do not see an option to cancel your request, the offers within your request are already being distributed and cannot be canceled.
