Overview

The Lenovo Nonprofit Store is Lenovo’s private online store for TechSoup-eligible nonprofits and public libraries.  To access this private store, organizations must first request the Lenovo for Nonprofits – Access to Discounted Rates offer on TechSoup. 

When shopping in the Lenovo Nonprofit Store:

• Discounted nonprofit pricing is automatically applied
• Payment is made directly to Lenovo
• Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Lenovo

You do not need to submit eligibility documentation to Lenovo to complete purchases.  Products purchased through this program are intended for use by your organization’s staff and volunteers. Products must not be resold.

Pricing and Discounts

Discounts available through Lenovo for Nonprofits vary by product and availability.

Organizations may save up to 25 percent on Lenovo products through this program. Discounted pricing is visible once signed in to the Lenovo nonprofit store.

Pricing and promotions are determined by Lenovo and may change over time.

Signing In or Registering

After signing in, nonprofit-discounted pricing will be applied automatically.  To access the store:

1. Use the Lenovo Nonprofit Store link provided in your TechSoup fulfillment email to access the private store..
   • Access your Fulfillment Emails in your TechSoup account.
      
2. Select Sign in if you already have a Lenovo ID, or Create an account if you are new to Lenovo
   • Use the same organization email address associated with your TechSoup account.  In your TechSoup account, select the organization’s name to view and update its details.
   • Confirm the contact information TechSoup provided to Lenovo in your fulfillment email.
   • Lenovo may send a one-time passcode or verification email during registration or sign-in. This message is sent by Lenovo to the email address associated with your Lenovo account. Be sure to check spam or junk folders if you do not see it.

Order Limits and Tax-Exempt Purchases

Online orders are allowed up to five system units per order and may include sales tax.

Contact Lenovo SMB Sales to place a tax-exempt order or an order with more than five system units:

• Hours: Monday through Friday, from 5 A.M. – 4 P.M. Pacific ( 8 A.M. – 7 P.M. Eastern)

Be sure to let Lenovo SMB Sales know you requested access to Lenovo for Nonprofits through TechSoup.
