Overview

Some Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses were tied to an expiration date.  This expiration date was listed in the offer details on www.techsoup.org and within the fulfillment email you received from TechSoup. 

Please Note: Acrobat licenses acquired after Sept 27, 2024, will have no expiration date.  In your TechSoup account, confirm when you requested your Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses and when your expiration date is.

Check Your Fulfillment Emails

In your TechSoup account, confirm when you requested your Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses and when your expiration date is.

• Request History:  Update the date range to see review previous requests.  Click on the request number to review the details, such as when the request was fulfilled.

• Fulfillment Emails: If there is an expiration date it will be listed in the fulfillment email you received from TechSoup, under the serial number.

Unable to Locate Your Fulfillment Emails

Contact TechSoup Customer Service if you are unable to access your fulfillment emails to confirm if there is an expiration date.
