Requesting Offers on TechSoup
TechSoup brings you all kinds of special offers for nonprofits and libraries. Browse the TechSoup catalog or see what offers your organization is eligible for with the Eligibility Quiz.
Representing multiple organizations on TechSoup? In your TechSoup account, please make sure to select the organization you wish to place the request for before adding an offer to your cart.
Once you locate a product or service you would like to request, within the details of most offers, you will find an option to Add to Cart (or Log In, if you are not logged in yet). View your cart, or check out, by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of your screen.
We recommend thoroughly reviewing an offer’s description, service details, and eligibility rules before checking out, since most programs have a strict no refunds or exchanges policy.
Admin Fees
Learn why TechSoup charges an administrative fee for most offers.
Access to Discounted Rates
When a product name includes Access to Discounted Rates, the offer consists of specially discounted rates for products or services. This means that after you place your request and pay any administrative fees to TechSoup, you'll also pay the donor partner directly for the product or service. You can find the specific discounted rates in the offer's details.
Fulfilling Your Requests
Requests are typically fulfilled within three business days from when payment is received.
Software and service offers are fulfilled electronically, while hardware offers are physically shipped.
Offer details may include a section titled Obtaining This Product, which will have details about how you will receive that specific offer.
Fulfillment instructions are emailed to your organization’s email address, as seen in your organization’s details in your TechSoup account. Your organization’s email address may be different from the email address you use to log in.
Do not reply or send emails to fulfillment@techsoup[.org]. The inbox is not monitored, you will not receive a response.

Validation Tokens
TechSoup Validation Tokens are unique codes that enable 501(c)(3) nonprofits that have been validated by TechSoup to obtain nonprofit offerings directly from our partners, outside of TechSoup.org.
Once your organization is validated aka qualified by TechSoup, you can access and create validation tokens at any time.
Find your validation tokens by choosing a provider on our Validation Token FAQ. You’ll also find a link to this page in your TechSoup account. After selecting a provider, for your security, you’ll be asked to log in with your TechSoup account.
Please note, a validation token, your account password, and your organization's association code are not the the same thing.
