How can I migrate to Office 365 or Microsoft 365?

TechSoup partners with third party IT providers, Bask and Tech Impact, to offer nonprofits Office 365 and Microsoft 365 migration services.

The initial conversation will begin with TechSoup's Microsoft Cloud team. Depending on the complexity of your migration and the number of users, our Microsoft Cloud team will refer your organization to either Bask or Tech Impact for the consultation.

The free consultations includes the following:

• A short interview (not to exceed 1 hour) to assess your organization's current IT and communications environment. 
• Determining your organization's productivity and communications needs, including accounts, data migration, device and user access, and Office 365 deployment goals
• Explaining the resources included in Office 365, including email, instant messaging, online meetings, web collaboration, file storage, and Yammer
• Recommending Office 365 migration services
• Detailed implementation proposal including a pricing assessment of the migration fees and monthly rates for migrating to Office 365.

Your organization is under no obligation to migrate to Office 365 or Microsoft 365, with the IT provider's assistance or otherwise, once the consultation is complete.

Please note: The migration does not include Microsoft Cloud licensing from TechSoup. Microsoft Cloud licensing must be purchased separately.
