Activation

After your TechSoup request is processed, TechSoup will send you a Norton Redemption Link in a fulfillment email. Fulfillment emails can also be seen in your your TechSoup account. 

Select your Norton Redemption Link to activate your license on Norton’s website. You will receive a unique Norton Redemption Link for each Norton product requested.

Extending (Renewing) Your Subscription

Norton subscriptions must be allowed to expire — they do not renew. 

After expiration, immediately extend your subscription with a new TechSoup request and activation — don’t worry, this won’t interrupt your Norton experience.
